1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee a full refund if you are dissatisfied with our services at any stage of the project. This applies to both our web design and digital marketing services.

2. Web Design Services

  • During Design & Development: If you are not satisfied with the work delivered during any phase of design or development, you may request a full refund. We will promptly issue a 100% refund, provided that the request is made before the project is fully completed and delivered.

  • After Final Delivery: Once the final web design has been delivered and approved by you, refunds will not be applicable. We will, however, make any necessary adjustments to ensure you are happy with the result.

3. Digital Marketing Services

  • Ongoing Campaigns: For ongoing digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, if you are not satisfied with the results or services provided during any month, you may request a full refund for that specific month. Refunds will not apply to services already rendered for previous months.

  • Custom Solutions: If custom solutions, strategies, or tools were developed specifically for your business, refunds will not apply to those costs. However, we will work with you to revise the campaign or strategy to better meet your expectations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at sales@loveinwp.com within 30 days of receiving the service. Provide the details of the project and your reason for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and issue a refund within 7 business days if eligible.

5. Exceptions

While we strive to provide a refund on customer dissatisfaction, the following exceptions apply:

  • No refunds will be given for third-party services, software, or tools used as part of the project.
  • Expedited or urgent services that have been fully completed are not eligible for a refund.

6. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction. If you have concerns, please communicate with us, and we will make every effort to find a solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the terms of this refund policy will apply.
